On every page of the website, you can register or log in to your account using the icon in the top right corner. Account registration is not required to place an order.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the dedicated button included at the bottom of every email you receive.

You can also save your payment methods once you have created your account.

All our orders are shipped with BRT, UPS, InPost, and DHL Express. Shipments and deliveries take place on business days, from Monday to Friday.

Shipping rates:

• 5.90 – 12.50€ for orders below €90
• Free Shipping for orders equal to or greater than €90

ITALY – ISLANDS | 3-4 business days after dispatch

EUROPE | 5–6 business days after dispatch

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking link so you can follow your parcel directly on the courier’s website. If you do not receive your tracking code after the order has been marked as fulfilled, please contact us at ordini@komeroshi.com and we will resend it to you.
