The’June 8, 2020 The Komeroshi project is inaugurated, embracing the Green philosophy and planting a tree for every order. We never expected such an enthusiastic response right from the start: this spurs us on to grow together, always putting the environment first.
We support a ethical supply chain, which respects both the environment and workers, focused on slow production based on demand and material availability, in contrast to the idea of fast fashion centered on incessant sales at ever-lower prices.
Our goal is to raise awareness among our community about environmental issues and initiatives through our products, showcasing a 360-degree sustainable lifestyle, also through our online magazine.
As of today, we are committed to planting 2 trees for every product, a long-term project to safeguard our planet. We are doing our small part to combat deforestation by also supporting other projects, creating a better world for ourselves and especially for future generations.
But that's not enough, especially in the short term.
This is why we strive to improve ourselves day by day by reducing our ecological footprint and supporting sustainability projects and initiatives.
One of our cornerstones is to exclusively choose natural materials, vegan and certified, such as organic cotton, polyester made from recycled plastic bottles, and 100% recycled paper for our packaging.
We rely on Local and European companies and suppliers: 90% of our entire production process takes place in Veneto, within a 20km radius. We carefully select our partners with discernment to ensure the entire supply chain operates with full respect for the environment, workers, and animals.
