Tutti gli ordini che riceviamo vengono spediti nel minor tempo possibile, possono richiedere al massimo 3 giorni di preparazione prima di essere spediti (esclusi i prodotti in pre-ordine).
Shipments and deliveries are made on business days only, from Monday to Friday.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number to monitor your delivery. We ship orders via BRT, UPS, InPost, and DHL Express. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
ITALIA | 1-3 giorni dalla spedizione (nei giorni lavorativi, da Lunedì a Venerdì)
ITALIA – ISOLE | 3-4 giorni dalla spedizione (nei giorni lavorativi, da Lunedì a Venerdì)

Please ensure that you provide a valid phone number that can be used by the courier if necessary. We also recommend including any useful delivery instructions, such as the name on the intercom, company name, or the presence of a concierge/reception service. This helps the courier complete the delivery accurately and efficiently.
A signature will be required upon delivery. We recommend ensuring that someone is available at the provided address to receive the parcel. If no one is available when the courier attempts delivery, a delivery notice will be left with instructions on how to arrange a new delivery.

During certain periods, such as the Christmas holidays, shipping and delivery times may be subject to delays. While the tracking number allows you to monitor your shipment, please note that we unfortunately have no control over delays caused by the courier.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may return or exchange purchased items free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order.
Only one exchange per order is allowed. Returns requested after the 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
Personalized items and pre-order products cannot be returned or exchanged for a different size.
During the Christmas period, from December 1st, 2026 to December 31st, 2026, the return and exchange window is extended to 30 days.
How to Request a Return or Exchange:
1. Scriveteci prontamente a info@komeroshi.com utilizzando l’email usata al momento dell’ordine e specificando Name, Cognome and ID Ordine come oggetto dell’email e:
- Nel caso di cambio, la taglia e il modello che vorreste sostituire con l’articolo ricevuto.
- Le motivazioni così da poter migliorare i nostri prodotti.
- The address where the parcel can be collected. Please ensure someone is available at the time of pickup.
2. We will send you an email containing a return label to print and attach to the parcel.
3. Riponete accuratamente l’articolo da rendere nella confezione originale in cui l’avete ricevuto nelle stesse condizioni in cui è stato consegnato: non rovinato, danneggiato o lavato e pronto per essere rivenduto. Vi preghiamo di includere inoltre cartellini ed etichette presenti in origine al momento della consegna. Preparate il pacco debitamente sigillato e pronto per il ritiro.
4. Refund or exchange requests will not be accepted if the conditions outlined in points 1, 2, and 3 are not met.
Once your return has been received, Komeroshi reserves up to seven (7) days to process the exchange, refund, or size replacement. If the requested size is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Refunds will be issued within seven (7) days of receiving the returned parcel, using the same payment method originally used for the purchase. Komeroshi cannot process a refund until the returned item has been received and its condition has been verified.
Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
